Biodun is an experienced legal practitioner with experience spanning over 21 years. He worked as State Counsel to the Ministry of Justice, Benue State; as well as counsel in the firms of J. Agbo-Madaki & Co., M. Bassey & Associates and K.O. Tinubu & Co, where he is currently the Managing Partner.

Over the years, Biodun has acquired wide experience in areas of litigation, intellectual property, particularly registration of trademarks and commercial law practice involving company activities, mergers acquisitions, rights issues, dispute over ownership of shares and equity of corporations, land disputes, as well, disputes concerning chieftaincy matters.

Biodun previously worked as a member of the Lekki Free Trade Zone Implementation Committee and served as Chairman of the legal sub-committee, Company Secretary of the Lekki Free Trade Zone Development Company, Director and Company Secretary for Lekki Worldwide Investments Limited, and Chairman of the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency.

Biodun holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s of law from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991.
